Detailed broker price opinion on any property the buyer has interest in to determine if the property is priced too high, too low, etc.
A full explanation of the contract provisions and safeguards that are in place in the contract for the buyer.
Presentation of the offer package to the listing agent and assurances the offer will be presented in the best possible light.
Arranging all inspections of the subject property, whether said inspections are a home inspection, termite inspection, roof inspection and any county or city required inspections.
Renegotiation of price, if necessary, based on findings during the due diligence process.
